Sands said sellers should be on the lookout for buyers who act nervous, rush through the sale or hand over wadded up bundles of bills. Money made for motion pictures often has red writing on the bills or lines that say "for motion picture use only." Sands said buyers will often try to mark through that sentence or disguise it in some way. Look at the money closely and make sure it feels real before accepting the transaction, Sands said. The fake bills can be purchased online, and police don't believe the fake money is being used by only one person.
